Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between idlabs Inc. ("the Company") and users regarding services provided through the KOID online store (https://k-oid.com, "the Store").

2. Definitions

"User" means any member or non-member who accesses the Store and uses its services under these terms.

3. Formation of the purchase contract

A contract is formed when the user completes a purchase request and the Company sends an order confirmation.

4. Withdrawal & order cancellation

1. Users may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of delivery.
2. Withdrawal is restricted when:
   • the product is damaged due to the user's fault;
   • the product has been opened and used;
   • more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
3. Before dispatch: cancellation is available by request to support@koid.co.kr.
4. For change-of-mind returns after dispatch, the actual return shipping cost is the user's responsibility (varies by region).

5. Refund policy

1. Refundable: unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-refundable: opened/used products, or products damaged through user fault.
3. Processing: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is confirmed.
4. Defective/incorrect items: collected at the Company's full cost, then refunded or exchanged.
5. For change-of-mind refunds, the actual return shipping cost is the user's responsibility (varies by region).

6. Shipping

1. Shipping fees apply by destination as follows:

   Europe · Middle East	$15	10–20 days
   Rest of world	$15	14–21 days

2. Orders placed before 2pm KST on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.
3. Displayed shipping fees may vary with the exchange rate at the time of payment.

7. Privacy

The Company protects users' personal data in accordance with applicable privacy law. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes between the Store and users are resolved by mutual agreement. Where agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the Korea Fair Trade Commission or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee.
