How long should I leave it on?
Whatever your day allows: 3 minutes to prep, 30 to soothe, 60 to nourish. It won't dry out, so longer wear means deeper care.

What does the cooling come from?
The cooling is physical — from the hydrogel itself and Irish moss, not from menthol. A thermal-imaging test recorded a notable drop in skin temperature.
